▷  Review of Resume
We review your resume with our tutor. Resume revision is not a one-way activity. The student and the tutor must discuss the specific details of their experiences together to put together a resume with real content. Otherwise, a resume will only be a pile of unrelated experience which cannot properly reflect the real experience and strengths of the student.

▷  Interview Guidance
In each one hour conversation, there will be a half hour simulation interview first, and the remaining half hour will be personalized comments and guidance based on student’s performance in the conversation. Student can also choose any form of interview coaching methods.

▷  Online Internship Program
We will leave the choice of internships to students, and students can choose from 500 leading enterprises in the world and industry. During the online internship period, student will have the opportunity to experience industry practice, improve practical skills and accumulate various experiences in-person. The tasks of online internship include industry research, company business analysis, financial analysis, valuation modeling, etc.

▷  One-on-one Mentoring Guidance
During the internship period, the mentor will provide students with an on-the-job experienced person from the selected internship institution as a targeted tutor for one-to-one guidance. The appointment of the mentor must be agreed by the students in advance. The mentor will arrange a weekly remote internship task for the students according to the characteristics of his/her position, and comment and explain the performance of the students in that week through telephone or social communication tools for at least one hour every week. If the student has any workplace and job search questions other than the online internship, they can also ask questions in the process.

▷  Internship Certificate or Recommendation Letter
After the internship, the mentor's company or mentor himself/herself will issue an internship certificate or recommendation letter to endorse the student’s experience.
